         The President and owner of Parke Place Realty is the award winning developer, Tom Hedenberg. He has been involved in real estate in Gloucester County for over thirty-eight years. Some of his commercial projects include the building and leasing of the Bunker Hill Medical Center, Wedgewood Village Shopping Center, Ganttown Professional Plaza, Five Points Plaza, Hollydell Business Park and Washington West Business Park. He is also the developer of the very successful active adult Parke Place Community in Washington Township and Riverwinds Community in West Deptford. Tom handles all aspects of commercial real estate development including locating future tenants, building and site design, construction and permanent financing, total construction of the buildings, site improvements and after construction services such as management and property sales.

         Some of his successful residential projects include Autumn Ridge, Williamsburg Court, Parke Place Condominiums, and Pitman Mews.

        He has personally overseen the development, construction and sales of over $ 210 million of real estate land development and sales. His impressive knowledge and background in real estate help make his real estate company one of the most successful in this area.
